Mind, Body, and Spirit

The relaxation exercise worked well for me. I felt relaxed throughout the session. After the exercise I felt invigorated. I do feel the exercise helped me to focus better on the assignment at hand. I contemplated where I am in the area of mind, body and spirit. I am searching for answers about my true self. The concept of nonduality of the mind-body-spirit experience is new to me. I think my strength lies in my belief in God.

  1. It is good to hear that you found the relaxation session so helpful, is it something that you would continue to do? I perfer to sit in quiet when I am relaxing. I think this is because I have a five and two year old so any quiet time I get is relaxing. However, I do think the exercises will be nice to do once in awhile.

I hope that you are able to find more information about yourself that will help you figure out your connection.

  2. Hi! I sure would like to learn as much as I can about mental imagery and positive affirmation. I do find it has helped me to take time out for myself. We all need some "alone time" everyday. I suppose that you have got your hands full raising your kids...power to you and I hope that each moment you get to relax benefits your health and wellness. Take care!
